Rick Riordan is the author of The Tyrants Tomb series. He has also written several other series, including Heroes of Olympus, Magnus Chase, and the Gods of Asgard.
The author was born on June 5, 1964, in San Antonio, Texas. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in English and History. Rick Riordan lives in San Antonio, Texas with his wife and two sons.
After working as an elementary school teacher, he wrote his first novel, Big Red Tequila, which won the Mystery Writers of America’s Edgar Award for Best First Novel. Rick Riordan’s books have been translated into different languages and have sold more than 30 million copies in the US alone.
When he’s not writing, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and playing guitar. Rick Riordan passed away on May 5, 2020, at the age of 55. This interesting book was his last book. He is survived by his wife and two sons.
