Joe Abercrombie is a British fantasy author, famous for his “First Law Trilogy” series of novels, which includes “The Blade Itself,” “Before They Are Hanged,” and “Last Argument of Kings.” He was born in 1974 in Lancaster, England, and grew up in Bath, where he attended Beechen Cliff School.
