About the Author
Enid Blyton, the renowned British author of Secret Seven pdf, was born in 1897 in East Dulwich, London. Her childhood was filled with a love for books and storytelling.
As a student, she attended St. Christopher’s School in Beckenham where she excelled academically, but it wasn’t until her mother sent her to a girls’ boarding school that Enid began writing stories.
After graduating from Christchurch College in 1921, Enid began publishing her work under various pseudonyms while working as an editor of educational magazines and children’s newspapers. In 1930, Secret Seven pdf became one of Enid’s earliest successes when it was published under her real name.
In 1924, Enid married Hugh Pollock, a publisher, and editor who had been her mentor. Together they had two daughters and one son. After separating from Hugh in 1942, Enid moved to Buckinghamshire with her children where she continued to write extensively, producing more than 600 books throughout her career.
