About the Author

Scott Lynch was born in 1978 and raised on the outskirts of Minneapolis, Minnesota. The son of a computer programmer and an English teacher, Scott was drawn to writing from an early age.

He attended The College of St. Scholastica where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing before pursuing a Master’s at The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. he is a very famous author all over the world.

Lies of Locke

In 2009, Scott married his longtime partner Thea Hartman. The couple resides in Wisconsin and has two sons. In addition to writing novels, Scott is an avid traveler who enjoys visiting the places he writes about in The Lies of Locke.

He also loves cooking, playing music, and spending time with his family. Scott is a passionate advocate for mental health and animal rights, and he donates part of his book profits to The National Alliance on Mental Illness.
