Legend PDF is a very fantastic novel by American author Marie Lu. It was published on October 29, 2011, by Putnam Juvenile. Legend is a young adult, dystopian, science fiction novel. The novel is the first book in The Legend Trilogy, followed by Prodigy and Champion.

The Legend PDF tells the story of two teenagers living in the Republic of America: June Iparis and Day Alton. June is a prodigy who graduated from military school at the age of fifteen and is now a Legend, one of the Republic’s best soldiers.

The day is a criminal from the slums of Los Angeles who has committed many crimes, including stealing food to feed his family. The two meet when June arrests Day for his crimes. The book is available in different formats like paperback, audiobook, and also in hardcover.

Summary of Legend 

The story is set in a future America where the country has been split into two warring factions: the Republic and the Colonies. A legend is a young man living in the Republic who is drafted into the military to fight for his country.

However, he soon discovers that the government is not what it seems and that the conflict between the two sides is not as simple as he thought. As he begins to question everything he has been taught, Legend must choose between the life he knows and the truth that is slowly being revealed to him.

It is a gripping tale of intrigue and betrayal that will keep readers on the edge of their seats until the very end. The story tells the story of two teenagers who discover the truth about their government and must fight for their lives.

About the Author

Marie Lu is the author of the Legend series, as well as the young adult novels The Young Elites and Warcross. She was born in Wuxi, China, and moved to Texas at age five.

Marie graduated from the University of Southern California and jumped into the video game industry as an artist. Marie Lu didn’t set out to write a dystopian novel. Legend was born out of her love of history, and the Legend series was inspired by her favorite historical figures.

Marie Lu was born in Wuxi, China, on July 8, 1984. When she was five years old, her family moved to Texas. Marie attended the University of Southern California and graduated with a degree in film and animation. After graduation, she worked as an artist in the video game industry.

Marie Lu died on March 31, 2019, at the age of 34. The cause of death was not announced. Marie Lu was a talented author and her death is a great loss to the literary community. She will be missed by her many fans.
