Neil Gaiman is an English author of novels, comics, and children’s books. He is famous for his novel American Gods, which won the Hugo Award for Best Novel in 2002. Gaiman’s other well-known works include the comic book series The Sandman and the novels Stardust, Coraline, and The Graveyard Book.

Lewis, and James Branch Cabell at an early age. Gaiman’s mother encouraged his love of books by taking him to the library every week.
