Steven Erikson is a pseudonym for Steve Lundin, a Canadian novelist, who was born in Toronto, Ontario. He is famous for his Malazan Book of the Fallen series, which he began writing while working as an archaeologist.

Erikson’s debut novel, Gardens of the Moon, comes in 1999 and was followed by Deadhouse Gates, Memories of Ice, House of Chains, Midnight Tides, The Bonehunters, Reaper’s Gale, Toll the Hounds, Dust of Dreams, and The Crippled God.
