Dr. Bruce Lipton was born in 1944 and grew up in Mount Vernon, New York. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and received his Ph.D. in developmental biology from Stanford University School of Medicine.
Dr. Lipton has been married to his wife, Margaret since 1969 and they have two children together. After working in private practice for many years, Lipton took a sabbatical to teach cell biology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
