After graduation, the author worked as a freelance writer and editor. He has also worked as a script reader for movie studios and as a teacher. Greene’s first book, The 48 Laws of Power, was published in 1998. The book was an instant bestseller and has sold more than 1.5 million copies worldwide.
In 2000, Greene published The 33 Strategies of War, which was also a bestseller. In 2003, Greene published The Art of Seduction, which has sold more than 500,000 copies worldwide.
